Matt Brown
Matthew Brown is the CRO and Co-Founder of Energize Group, a data-driven dental marketing company leading the way in the use of AI to help dental practices grow. Through advanced analytics, automation, and AI-powered marketing systems, Energize Group helps dental practices collectively book over 30,000 new patient appointments every month, delivering predictable growth and measurable results across the United States.
Matthew is also the host of the hit dental podcast Dental Unfiltered, where he has unfiltered conversations with industry leaders about practice growth, leadership, and the evolving future of dentistry.
Before entering the business world, Matthew served in the U.S. military’s Special Operations community. He was a Hand-to-Hand Combat Instructor at Fort Bragg, certified through the Special Operations Combatives program, and served as a member of the U.S. Army Long Range Surveillance Units, one of the Army’s most elite reconnaissance elements.
Outside of business, Matthew is a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, embodying the discipline, strategy, and resilience that have defined his career both on and off the mat.
Today, Matthew brings the mindset forged in Special Operations together with cutting-edge technology and data-driven marketing to help dental practices scale faster, lead with confidence, and thrive in a rapidly evolving industry.
Andrew Vallo
Dr. Vallo has a firm belief in patient-centric dental care. He strives to ensure that each of his patients has a full understanding of their current dental status, as well as the ideal treatment for their overall oral health. He understands that dental anxiety is a barrier to receiving consistent care, and it is his mission to create a comfortable and safe environment for all of his patients. An expert in cosmetic and family dentistry, he strives to make you look as young as you feel! Dr. Vallo believes that learning is a lifelong journey, and each year he takes the opportunity to participate in numerous continuing education seminars that far exceeds the requirements of the state dental board. He is actively involved in a number of dental associations and is currently a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Clear Aligners, the North Tampa Spear Study Club, the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and the West Coast Dental Association.
